Racism to me is an old 18th century argument that certain races are actually genetically or biologically inferior to others. So I'm not racist. I do have a strong dislike for certain cultures, but that's not racism.

I can't stand people that make the comment that all white people are racist. That in itself is reserving judgements on the basis of skin color. And if someone makes a joke in the basis of race that doesn't make them racist, it's a -blam!-ing joke. Don't get your panties in a twist over it.
