2 RepliesWhen i go swimming in the ocean, i dont need to worry about anything. Strong currents? Nope. Deadly jellyfish? Nope. Stingrays? Nope. Sharks? Nah. Tornadoes or some shit? Never. Tidal wave? No way. An angry pike that has an extremely low chance to bite me and maybe give me a little cut? It's possible, yet highly unlikely. I did once step on a sharp rock though. Finland FTW.

I was out surfing and in Jersey the waves are very choppy. I got side swept by a fairly large wave and fell onto my friends board which in turn knocking her into the water. Under water I felt tugging and was being dragged by her boards rip cord unable to breathe until finally I hit the shallows and she dragged me up while I was throwing up water. Fml

Wasn't on a beach but same week. Almost got pulled off the boat into shark infested waters while fishing. We left Friday and a hurricane came in after we left.

1 ReplyHmm…I'm gonna have to go with having a crab hitch a ride on my hand for about a minute or two. Basically, I was digging a hole, and I notice this small hole along the side of it. I got curious and thought it was a good idea to start digging into that hole with my hand. Suddenly, my one finger starts hurting the way it would if I'd cut it on a shell. So, I yank my hand out of the hole and what do I find? A mother-blam!-ing ghost crab just chilling out dangling on my finger. Worst part about this was my parents' reaction. I'm sitting there in the hole flailing my arm around crying in pain, and my mom glances over, laughs for a little while, tells my dad to get the camera, and then she finally registers that I'm in pain and crying for help. Thanks mom. You're the best.

I went parasailing and while they were reeling me in they decided to dip me in the water. On the duo they caught the parachute in the water and it got dragged in, pulling me with it. So here's I am tethered to the back of a speeding boat with a parachute dragging me down. Luckily, I'm smart enough to turn away from the boat so I have an air pocket. Finally stop the boat and get me out, everyone's panicking because they just saw water flowing over my head. Ended up nothing happening, but could've been really bad.
