Anybody else sick of Trials?
Seriously, every game is Thorn and last word with snipers or shotguns.. Tryhards galore with laggy connection that you can't even damage..
Edit: also, what's with hand cannnons destroying the last several months with no nerf, yet Suros and the Myth were nerfed within a week..(obviously being facetious....) I'm pretty confident that Thorn and Tlw are worse than those guns ever were.
Edit again: talking about Xbox btw, I have zero clue how it runs on ps4

Lag ? I have been to the lighthouse 4 times and only lagged on 360 I only lagged on the one when it was iron banner

2 RepliesWhy don't people just sit down and practice with those weapons. If the game is currently unbalanced in that perspective, then even up the playing field by using those weapons, at least just for trials.

Connections suck. Green bars I win or at least have a nice competitive match, red barred teams...I feel like I just started in PvP.

6 RepliesI actually LOVE trials now that I found a couple of guys who are absolute BEASTS in PVP to help me go flawless on 3 characters every week... And no I will not give their gamertags out because while I was helping random prople out with PVE content and came on the forums to ask for help in trials, all I came across was a bunch of bitches asking for "must have been flawless before" or my personal favorite "must have emblem" lol. So a big -blam!- YOU to those guys who are great at PVP and dont help out people who aren't. Ok I feel better now...

Im sick of the fact that very few games come down to skill vs skill. You win or lose based on things outside your control (lag, disconnects, cheaters, etc...). I think the fact that Thorn and shotguns run rampant is exasperated by the fact that every single game could be lost by something completely out of your control...

5 RepliesTrials should be renamed pain and disappointment. I've gone flawless once and 8-1 quite a few times. It is just frustrating and I'm sick of it. IMO they should have gotten rid of the loss count and simply made you lose a win counter when you lost. The whole losing twice and having to restart the last few hours work is way too frustrating.

Original vex was more beast mode than you could imagine. I never had an issue with suros That said. I see trials as one huge stress enduring cluster[b]f[/b]uck to all that lack the skills to succeed. But that's what it's purpose is, the best get reward and a challenge while the bads are cannon fodder. I'm not sick of trials, but I pity the people that stress about 8 wins, 4-4, no boon and haven't been to the lighthouse yet. That's some serious psychological hormone stress right there.

People use those weapons because they get fast results. I will admit...I held off on jumping on the hand cannon train. I was just fine with my Red Death. I got curious one day and I was like what the hell. Equip TLW and oh my gawd... It's a beast. Totally fun to use. I see why so many play with it. I still love my Hawkmoon and trusty Red Death but I find myself using TLW more and more. I at least switch things up. I'll use MIDA and Hard Light every now and then. Can't really use the Vex anymore sadly. As for Trials, it's so bloody stressful that I think people just want to win as quickly as possible so they use the most OP guns out there. Can you blame them when everybody else is doing the same thing?

Went to the lighthouse Saturday using the multi-tool. It feels good to actually beat someone because you can out shoot them.

I get the handcannon thing, but the every team uses shotguns or snipers? The only other option is fusion rifle, that's like saying it's crazy every team use auto rifles, handcannons, or pulse rifles

2 RepliesI enjoy the competitive play. But yes, it's annoying to face teams of 3 final rounding with thorns equipped. Can't wait to see what these scrubs do once their beloved crutch is gone.

If they put that weapon patch in I'd be all over it, but it's just getting old facing the same broken shit every week. I'm am running low on etheric light though from ascending everything, so I might need to get a couple flawless runs in....but that just sounds like more of a chore than any fun.
