What can you do in 8 seconds?
Since Ice breaker is getting a nerf, what will you do in that 8 seconds? I'll probably go to my freezer and get an ice cream! What will you do?

I think with all the other good snipers out there, the ice breaker wasn't getting used as much as it used to be anyway, and now they've just killed it completely. What was 30 secs for a full mag is now going to feel like an eternity especially those times that need quicker play.
