Loling at all these kids furious at the gally nerf.
Some people have even quit destiny because of it. It's quite hilarious.
Edit: Lol all the angry ghorn Elitests are coming out to defend their mighty ghorn. This is becoming an entertaining thread.

I only just recently got the ghally, and it really is like playing on Easy Mode. Surprised by how many use it as a crutch.

The reason this got nerfed is because players who tended to be awful to begin with were putting this as a requirement for LFG. Guess how many times my friends and I have requires gjallarhorn? Zero. Guess how many times we have actually struggled to pull randoms along through end game content? Zero. (Besides arc burn skolas, that shit was ridiculous). The only thing we required was a tracking rocket and synths the first few weeks hard crota was out. I personally feel weapons should hardly ever be touched in PVE. Especially a weapon as coveted as gjallarhorn. What they did to black hammer makes it utterly useless. I really only ever use it on bosses and I prefer a normal sniper 95% of the time because it's actually more useful for killing ads. The only thing I lean on gjallarhorn for is when I'm soloing crota. Sure I use it all the time, but my fatebringer, fang, or vision have killed far more things than gjallarhorn ever will

No need to be furious the Ghally will still be OP now if you needed 2 shots to down a boss it may take 3. Unless they bring a second nerf or just take away the Wolfpack rounds no heavy will compare to Ghally. If you want the Ghally to be nothing better cross your fingers and hope they make better heavy weapons when they release the taken king.

I think it's quite funny how many people are raging over the gjallahorn nerf, now they can feel like us who use the hunger of crota! And also no more must have gjallahorn nightfalls and raids. But the black hammer nerf is pretty stupid, it defeats through point of the gun
