Amazing how many people SUCK at Atheon
I can't believe how long it takes to find some decent players to finish the atheon hard cp ....I spent an hour or more last night formed 2-3 teams and still couldn't complete . I left the relic nobody picks it up....I pick it up and the other scrubs can't kill the Oracle's ....I leave the relic because I know I need to do the oracles and the scrubs pick it up and get killed....
These are 32-34 players and I reckon I have friends who have level 29 characters could do a better job.
I checked a few players and found 2-3 of them have a shotgun equipped and using a rare heavy...like wtf??? Seriously? Unless you are good at using a shotgun at Oracle's then you should have ice breaker or black hammer equipped FFS....
Guess that's what I get for asking randoms
This should take like 5 mins to do...it easier than the freaking conflux cp for Fk sake lol
I always ask for players who are experienced when posting on the lfg. Guess that's the more frustrating part when people join and they don't have any experience or don't even ask what to do

I just had this experience last night. I go to cleanse the teleported team and even announced the cleanse was coming and both newbs blew themselves up in the dome.

Edited by balazra: 7/16/2015 6:50:19 AMI ran a new group through VoG... We did the conflux ok and opened the vault. I did oracles from the bottom as it was a ligit run. It was two middle three left and me right also switching to middle to help out. Templar was all below me cleansing and them shooting Templar from the right we stuck together and used cleanse a lot. It took a few attempts as they just didn't do much dps... And died frequently. Gorgons... After 30 min, getting them all to download a picture map to a device near them... Another 15 min... They only had to follow me and not run around randomly. I told them to leave group and rejoin when I was in jumping puzzle. After 40 min, getting them to watch a you tube video, and another 10 min they left group and rejoined at gatekeeper. I had to get one to leave invite a friend and do gate keeper and Athlon with him and occasional help from the other four... It took a few attempts before we had a run where either me or him were teleported separately every time. We were talking them through how to do each section and what people were expected to do... But could people do it??? It was a struggle.

Not gunna lie I suck huge dick at Atheon but tbh I've never done VoG. I think people just need to learn how to do with an experienced player :)

6 RepliesWell if you're so great, why don't you learn people what to do instead of complaining here? I can't do relic, because I never did. What would happen if I tried and failed in the first attempt? The first 3 people would leave. So I better let someone with experience do it. I'm 100% sure that's how a whole lot of players think. I tried to finish Atheon today, in all 10 attemps there were maybe 5/6 people that could do the relic. The other 50+ had no clue what to do with it and just didn't touch it. I would love to learn it, just tell me how.

I have some pretty horrific VoG ventures as of late. I hoped into an invite today, and this f'n guy was just bossing everybody around...and didn't really know what he was doing 100% to boot. We did the Templar and headed down the "secret" way. I sat at the chest for almost 5 minutes waiting for the others to arrive.... Then we get to Gorgons and they are trying to get the crappy chest, die like ten times, all blaming each other and I just sit my guy down each time. So this guy starts yelling at me that I need to get the chest with them, I'm like no I don't, I don't need it. They start punching my guy...a lot...wtf...I'm like fine I'll help, follow me and don't run or jump. Get there first try. Then I intentionally wipe to have it reset. Dude flips out. I already know I'm going to leave, but I want to see the clusterfarck that the maze will be. They get spotted and wipe and the same guys starts screaming, that was all I could take of it, and bounced.

1 ReplyI would pick up the sheild at Atheon because no one else knew how to, then after killing the enemies I dropped the relic to help kill the oracles I then go back to pick it up and cleanse and one of the noobs had took it and didn't know how to cleanse so we ended up dying. I then spent 20 mins trying to teach them how to run it but they never caught on so I left.

I was doing vog and I was teleported as usual I grab the relic and I kill the enemies the oricals spawn and we kill the first two then I tell them to push up to be cleansed but some moron didn't listen he didn't even help kill the rest of the oricals by the time I got to the portal he was just sitting there screaming can I be cleansed I said you didn't chose kill oricals and push up so screw you and I left him in there

You should try teaching people, at least once a week me and my friend both 34 with 3500+ grimoire help new people complete vogs by guiding them and explaining it to them, 2 people is enough to kill him just the extra gun power and it also gives them experience

1 ReplyI was invited to do atheon hard but was in a separate party with friends and i said i was going to leave and this kid kept yelling in his mic that i need to stay in the party for planets i told him about the radar then left. After we finish a friend tells me that the kid kept saying to kick me when i left also i was the only person alive on the outside and was able to open the portals with no problem after that the kid stayed silent
