Nerf Thorn Already Bungie
It's literally the only gun I die by apart from supers. Seriously Bungie the crucible is aids. I'm literally getting f*cked in the ass by the Thorn. And it's really painful.
Nerf exotic handcannons and buff auto rifles and scout rifles. How is the crucible competitive and balanced when everyone uses an exotic handcannon with a shotgun? Fix it you clowns down at Bungie. Seriously...

24 RepliesThorn isn't OP , in fact it's right about where every exotic should be and slightly above where most legendaries should be. They need Buffs to even out the gunplay , not nerfs.

Now they're no better than a legendary and hardly better than most rares. Keep this up and they might nerf it. But then what weapon class is next.? After a while of this and we will be fighting each other with our emotes until someone thinks that pointing is OP because a pointer beats them when they wave. So just stop. I say to Bungie. ...you made the weapons what they are. Players need to adjust for just that. Either fight fire with fire or find another way. Or better yet....if you cant take it....Quit.

2 Repliesit's a gun in the game. everyone is entitled to use it. no one is excluded from using it (unless you haven't done the bounty). I'm sure you've killed plenty of people using it before. am I right? the forums are flooded with kids like you complaining about the thorn 24/7. we all know it's good. we all know you guys want it to get nerfed to oblivion. just know that if it does get nerfed there will be another op weapon to replace it. it's a never ending cycle. end of discussion.

1 ReplyPretty sure they stated in last update that any re balancing pretty much isn't going to happen until TTK. So we should really stop holding our breath. Side note, the fact that everyone IS using it makes it competitive. Balanced - no, but competitive since everyone is using the same load out it really does come down to skill at that point. But yah, it should be adjusted, its too top tier.
