Thorn!!!!!
Thorn is a great gun!!!!! It can also be beaten by multiple other guns vex, last word, red death and so on. Bungie don't mess with the guns because you have to remember that the ppl complaining are the ones who suck with thorn or not skilled enough to complete the bounty!! Plz don't mess with the guns!!!
Ps you know who you are "you hate thorn cause your the auto rifle spray and pray player and are mad that bungie made a shooter that takes skill" so go back to a shooter that you can do that!!!!!!

A person saying they're skilled in Crucible when they use Thorn is like a person on crutches bragging that they're really good at walking.

I like how you said, "Not skilled enough to complete the bounty." Sir, I will have to stop you right there and say I have been doing a shit ton of bounties and not yet have received the exotic bounty yet. I will soon though. Hopefully...

Lol. Thorn takes skill? That's funny right there. Shoot around at somebody. Hit them twice, three times maybe. Then run away before the other guy can finish you off. And if they do manage to kill you by outgunning you, there's that lovely burn that will get you that little postmortem kill. Unless of course, you are like me and use Red Death. There's a reason everybody uses the gun in the crucible. It's for EASY KILLS.

5 Replies2 shots & leave cuz the person basically bleed out is not skill. A point blank shotgun takes more skill. Obviously you didn't have Thorn pre-buff. It's COULD be OP, but it actually DID take skill then

I went flawless in ToO this weekend using an Ill Will. I have Thorn but don't like to use it. In every match, the enemy team had at least two Thorn users and we still beat them. I am proof that Thorn can be beat and yet I still feel that it is an extremely overpowered weapon. Being strong is not a bad thing but the reason why I hate Thorn is because it removes the variety of guns from the game and makes PvP boring. Remember when everyone in the crucible tried out all kinds of guns to find the one that fit their personal play style? That was the hay day of Destiny's crucible and that mentality no longer exists. And that's sad.

2 RepliesThorn needs to be nerfed. You and so many other people need to just stop. It is so clearly over powered it isn't even funny. It takes no skill at all with an extremely high aim assist and an incredible range. NO SKILL NEEDED. No one can be bad with thorn. NO ONE. I hate posts like this because no one thinks.

Countless times. Hundreds probably. More times than I'd have liked. You kill the guy with that gun only to die 10 seconds later of DOT. Not a gun that requires much skill, in my opinion. Now I have my Thorn almost maxed out. Let's face it, that gun is obviously a mistake. Edit. I'm done with PvP, so I'll never be a Thorn user. LOL!
