Why you don't have the Gjallarhorn and might not want it!
I quoted the card I got from it.

Easier way to put it is when RNGesus thinks you're ready for the power!

RNG is abitrary and it has no place as the main reward system for top tier weapons. They should all have a different quest that is hard to complete. Then people could actually say they "earned" a gun

2 RepliesI don't have one because I didn't buy it on week 2 and this game refuses to give it to me. Literally had all three exotic heavys in my inventory playing nightfall last night. Drops Dragon's Breath. I'm so over it.

1 ReplyI have been playing since beta everyday..have 2 accounts..6 toons. I don't know why GH never dropped. I used my son's account...it has only 1 toon. He just played for 2 months . has only 2 un upgraded legendary weapons. 3 exotics..and a fully upgraded badjuju. I played VoG...got GH..oh well...

I know right.....so nice seeing rngesus giving my 8 year old christmas noob cousin one. And me a day 1 (beta) every exotic except that one...even triggering the heavy exotic slot atleast 2 times a week...giving my thunderlords, dragons breaths and truths....

3 RepliesTheres no reason you wont get 1. Rng mate. Like putting in for lotto Ive only ever gotten 1 gjallarhorn and ive played over 1000hrs. Ive got every exotic in the game amour and weapons. Only missing dregs promise. But mehhh not missing much. Ohh and ive gotten more than one of every raid weapon. Only 1 drop i havent gotten in my 1000hrs of playing destiny. And its the hazen vengence. Only weapon i havent gotten.. Yesssssss ive gotten pretorian foil ;)

Two reasons I don't have one: 1. I do not run every single exotic drop chance on all 3 characters every week. 2. RNG hates me.

11 RepliesI feel like I'm trapped in some rng black hole. I've seen so many gally drops and hawkmoon drops for OTHERS it's sickening. But not for me. I've gotten 2 exotic guns from gorgon chest, 2!!! And I had both already. Plan c and ice breaker. That chest hates my guts. I've tried shooting the lights on the way down, I've not opened the chest, I've danced I've blasted the chest. You name it I've done it. People say stop caring and it will drop, well I stopped caring around 3 months ago and still no gally and no hawkmoon. I even got two heavy engrams last week 20 min. Apart and you guessed it, no gally. I play crucible too. I've given myself sooo many chances to get those two guns , but they will just not drop for me. It's crazy.
