If you think Felwinter's is better than matador then you're an idiot
Both hit range cap easy , matador has more base range
Matador has more stability
Matador has same impact and higher rate of fire

Felwinters actually has better impact if u use the right ballistic options and if u kept your old one, u can have hammer forged. It also has a higher pellet count per shot. Felwinters has 12 and matador has 9. Numbers are approximate

Felwinter does 25 per pellet w/aggressive ballistics Matador does 24 per pellet w/ aggressive ballistics I honestly think felwinter is better for things like trials of Osiris.

I'm pretty sure it is 'better than advertisted'. Go into Rumble with a friend that has a perfect roll Felwinters and use your Matador. Shoot at the same time at eachother from a relatively far distance. You will find the Felwinters will often kill you while he lives with a sliver of health.

You dont need stability and such.... Its more if you have a full auto Shotgun. So having impact is the only main stat to go for.
