Both hit range cap easy , matador has more base range
Matador has more stability
Matador has same impact and higher rate of fire

5 RepliesThis damn post is still around. Yes they both shoot the same pellets-12. Shoot a wall and you will see this. The whole 9 pellet thing was because it takes 9 to kill because they are 24 damage. The felwinters hits with 25 damage, so only takes 8. This is both with aggressive ballistics even though the hard stats look the same.

So if Matador has better RoF, by the sliding scale it also has less impact regardless of the stat bar. Fel - 25 Matador - 24 Dreg's promise - If you use aggressive ballistics, the stat bar does NOT change but the in game impact does. Matador's only advantage is its RoF.
