Is found verdict better than swordbreaker? Can't decide which is a better upgrade choice.

FV has much better range and impact. Plus it's arc, which is more universal than Void. SB is solid though, but to be honest you might as well use FV on Vex missions anyway because it even wrecks shielded minotaurs.

More arc enemies than void. Go with found verdict.

Ahhh true. I've only just been inlightened to the awesomeness that is shotguns. Wasn't really a fan of them until I started using them in Poe now Im in love! Gonna have to get another FV I got rid of it a while back.
