So I recently switched from PS3 to PS4
And it has all my progress gear and weapons saved, but it says I haven't purchased the dark below and house of wolves even though in playstation store it says I have purchased them, also I am locked out of crucible, strikes, raids, and prison is this because I need to get playstation plus?
