I see everything you said was reskinned as new. That's new content how Bungie does it, get with it or get out. I'm not a sheep - I realize that this content isn't new like a Bethesda DLC, im not stupid. I'm fine with the new content they're bringing. Seeing the map now vs seeing the map at launch makes me excited because of how much more stuff there is on all the planets. You gotta understand this is what destiny is, a whole year has gone on in this cycle, idk why you're so shocked that they didn't make a whole new game for you to play for free. Newsflash - your two cents don't mean a damn thing cause you sound like an uneducated dipshit. All your post told me was you know nothing about the degradation of value and exist in a fantasy world where you don't get screwed over by corporations. No one pays full price for vanilla and year one DLC after year two begins.

Bungie and Halo made the Xbox, and Microsoft knew it would that's why they paid for the exclusive rights to it. Had Halo been on PlayStation, Bungie and Halo would still have been just as big. You did nothing to make Bungie big, their game did that and would have done on any platform. Bungie owe you nothing as an Xbox user so stop thinking they do.

4 RepliesGearbox sold Borderlands 2 and the pre-sequel and all of the dlc for both games for $60 way after both games came out. It's a way to make money so they can keep pushing out content. Everyone needs to make money. Bungie doesn't make these decisions, ACTIVISION DOES. Everyone who gets mad at Bungie for pricing doesn't know how this works

The cost of making all the next Gen games has gone up extremely high. Destiny is going to be a 10 year game. It is also a game that needs constant flow. Constant flow =more $$$$$ that the developers have to fork over. I also think that activison plays a big part in this. Just look how much money it cost to make destiny one. I think they are building up the finances needed to provided destiny 2 or 3. At the same time making profit for themselfs and activison. The main reason the price of the dlc drop is because destinys dlc is best enjoyed when it first comes out. After a while everything changes again. The way you lv and obtain gear etc..... so the people that want the extreme hype of beating the raid boss for the first time will pay more at that exact moment. So the developers sease that moment for a high profit. The cassual or someone that doesn't really care about destiny will be more inclined to buy everything in one bundle once the price is lowered. I mean they got to get the money now b4 destiny 2 releases then no one will want destiny 1. Their marketing is actually genius.

1: literally every game to ever have DLC has done what Destiny is doing. Skyrim, Halo, Borderlands, just to name a small amount. Sure, I could have waited a year to buy Destiny and spend the same amount of money, but why would I have done that? I paid for the content and enjoyed it. Things go down in price over time. 2: If you paid any attention you would know The Taken behave completely different and have different attacks and abilities from their un-corrupted counterparts. It's a whole new race. A Taken Hobgoblin will act completely different from a Vex Hobgoblin. Just more whiny Bungie bashing, nothing new here folks.

When the Expansion launches the witcher will be 40-50 bucks and other games will be released. I will rather invest my money into a new game than another destiny dlc ... As you said, we basically have already seen everything it has to offer + there will be major glitches, i'm sure of that

I've already mentioned about how broken the master chief collection was and don't even get me started on assassins creed. It's so bad I don't even preorder games anymore. So it's not just activision, it's gaming companies in general
