I'm so sick of people spamming "LF Skolas CP" all damn day. Implement a ticket like for Trials, where they have to check off the first 5 rounds before they can join a group at round 6. That way those that have earned their way there, can go back to finish the fight with others who have earned it (cause they have the cp), rather than a bunch of "give it to me now" kids, burning the forums and LFG sites down, trying to get a short cut to the boss.
Edit: Since so many people ask the same question, I'll put the answer here.
It affects me because at the time of this post I was on lfg trying to put together a group for a fresh run (cause I'm not a pussy and I can actually fight my way to Skolas) but the channel was being overrun by a-holes spamming for the Skolas cp. I even asked a few if they wanted to start fresh but they refused. So I had plenty of time to put up this post while looking for people to run with.
Edit: I'm amazed at all the butthurt little kiddies blowing their top over this post. Are you really too crap to make it through 5 rounds? Learn to play. It only takes 20 mins ffs.

1 Reply80% of them have done it that week. They are just trying to complete the elders cipher bounty. Get over your self.

1 ReplyI hate the "looking for Skolas cp", but if someone on your team leaves you can look for a new guy.
-
2 RepliesHow does it effect you personally if someone else beats Skolas? Or uses a CP? Plz explain that firstly, because I can't understand how another player completing an activity makes you feel you need to complain. Don't read the LFG then if it hurts your heart.
-
4 RepliesHow does this affect you in any way? I fail to see what the compaint is here. Are you upset because you aren't offered the CP? It's not a true checkpoint. It's some people sitting in the airlock who need a 3rd to finish.

4 RepliesEdited by BluGhost823: 7/6/2015 12:52:53 AMI think they should put a chest at the end of each round. currently you get nothing for doing the whole thing. Thats why ppl try to jump in at the end

9 RepliesSee, the problem with this is for people with friends and clan mates. Someone in party gets disconnected and can't return or just simply, for some unforeseen circumstances needs to stop playing. You are now denying the 2 remaining people their completion. If they put locks on who can join, they can't turn to a friend or clan mate and help them finish it off.

3 RepliesWhat if someone leaves my game? Who would replace them?

6 RepliesIt sounds like ur the butthurt kiddie to me. Just like the people complaining about the complainers.

5 RepliesEdited by CCXGT: 7/5/2015 11:44:38 PMWhy? The rest of it is just a pointless and shitty waste of time.

5 RepliesSome people who say they just want skolas cp are saying that because they are tired of going through the 5 rounds everytime because it is too easy, so they just want to get it done with. Those are just some of the stories I hear from my friends. And honestly it isn't hard it is just so time consuming, 20 minutes is a lot for people who work for 80% of their day.
-
5 RepliesTranslation: "Please stop people from doing just Crota, make them do the whole raid" "Please stop people from doing just Atheon, make then do the whole raid." "Please stop people from doing just the boss fight in the NF, make them do the whole thing."

1 ReplyI do agree. It's beyond annoying going to forums and seeing people posting to HELP only if you are on skolas. Oh, thanks for the help! You refuse to help through the rounds but you're so nice to help skolas. Answer to it: get a good team of 3 that can go beginning to end.
-
1 ReplyHow does that bother you? How others play the game can't change your experience, you just want to control how everyone else plays. God complex?
-
1 ReplyHow does this bother any of you? I normally roll through 35 from the beginning with my clan mates but I have also jumped to the checkpoint. I'm sure it's been said but you have left out all of the guardians who get to Skolas and can't beat him. Once fireteam members jump ship "who you gonna call"? Maybe they should just pack it up and not complete the challenge. You know, QUIT. Is that what you would do? Hope not. YMMV

It should have a Checkpoint system. Twice this weekend I played all the way through PoE 35 from the start. Gave the Skolas fight a couple tries and had to leave due to family commitments. I hate having to go to lfg and ask someone to add me at Skolas but I also don't have time to redo the whole 35 fight. Checkpoints would help.
-
1 ReplyI agree with ya. It needs a checkpoint for players that earned it.. The first time I played skolas I left the bullshit after an hour in. But I wish I was able to go back the next day instantly.. Another player took my spot and another guy left and another guy joined and the process repeated until 3 people beat him off the original players that got there.
-
I don't see how this works because there isn't a checkpoint system. Only way is if people got tired of failing at skolas and 2 people left leaving the last person to find someone. I was prepared to do the whole 5 rounds one time but a group invited me on the 4th round and got to skolas then they quit and I wouldn't invite anyone from lfg saying "looking to do just skolas because I'm to lazy to do the rest and just want to take advantage of people"
-
2 RepliesBut what if they take off on you? I guess you could solo it but it would be a big pain. Then you need to find people to finish it with... I never really take the checkpoint, the same way I rebel when people change characters to get CP in any raid..
