Funny thing is this exploit/glitch falls on bungies fault not the players who use it. Bungie messed up with some mechanics involving the hunters armor perks giving them more super an you wanna place the blame on the players who learned this. No player hacked/modded too be able to do this exploit, its a broken mechanic in the game.you probably report people who 2 shot you with thorn thinking they were hacking but its really just part of thorns mechanics.
