What is the best non Exotic Scout Rifle
I am a scout rifle user and I love my exotics and all, but I was wondering what your favorite legendary scout rifle was. I have a few of them and I want to clear up a spot for when I eventually get gjellyhorn. [spoiler]still don't have vision of confluence [/spoiler]

For me it's a toss-up between Vision Of Confluence or Gheleon's Demise. Especially the latest Gheleon's Demise vendor roll from this last Iron Banner. Full-auto and Third Eye make it one of the nastiest weapons to ever mangle a victim in 3 shots.

VOC. its probably the first or second best scout rifle, period. Besides for MIDA, and thats even arguable.

For me the faster the fire rate the better. If i can fire as fast as i can pull the trigger all the better.

The old saterienne rapier is amazing, basically a scout fatebringer. I am also a fan of the fang and vision, and the wolves leash is nice as well.

The new Crucible Scout Rifle is pretty solid. And I'm still using my Rapier a lot.

Besides VoC it would be my NL Shadow with Semi auto and my old FWC rifle with explosive rounds plus firefly. (Mini Michael Bay)

Outside of VoC, for me... Gheleons Demise, S. Rapier, and my new Zero Point. Demise is just a hard hitting scout, some stability issues, but my has Zen, Hard Forged, and Firefly. It's a beast. Rapier is just a fantastic scout from TDB time, fast rate or fire, great impact, good range. My Zero Point is full auto, explosive rds, Zen, and its a path finder in PoE and PvP. Destroys mobs. All depends on the roll, but man I love them all.
