So I noticed some people within the clan looking for an all clan members raid clear so I thought I would create this post to sort of organize things a bit more. To start things off I am looking for four other people I already have one member ready for raids not really looking for OP gear or certain classes willing to give everyone an equal opportunity to join but you must be at least lvl 30. PSN: reddd105 A few things I want to add about the team I'm trying to make: [u][b]1. No trolling or negativity [/b][/u] - While I would like for everyone to have fun with these raids I want it to be as drama free as possible we have to work together as a team. :) [u][b]2. No bashing[/b][/u] - I don't expect runs to be flawless at the moment mistakes will happen it doesn't help when people start to place blame or start finger pointing remember team work. :) [u][b]3. No rage quitting[/b][/u] - Remember as stated earlier I don't expect perfect runs so if we are taking a while to clear a certain part I ask that you don't just leave without saying anything. If you do have to leave or you're having network issues let the team know so that we could reschedule and continue the raid another time. [u][b]4. Mics [/b][/u] - I don't want to force people to use a mic but if you can it would help communication is important. [u][b]5. Rescheduling [/b][/u] - Hey life happens and that's understandable if you can't make it back to the raid before the reset please let the team know so we could find a temporary replacement. As much as I would love to do raids with everyone in the clan sadly the game only allows six people so it's sort of a first come first served. :( Feel free to use this section to also create a team of your own if you wish.
