Nightfalls are not worth it anymore
Nightfalls are useless now if you think about it , you wont get any new exotic weapons, the armors are limited and can be easily earned from motes of light from xur. They are people still grinding for a Gjallarhorn and me including and havent gotten one but i stopped caring about that. On the other hand i realize that trial of osiris is actually more rewarding than pve which is utterly stupid and should be looked into because they are a lot of players that have more fun in pve than pvp so that needs to be fixed, stop being lazy bungie

Last week I got a great sniper and a legendary engram that turned into the newest version of my favorite hand cannon. My friend finally got a Gjally last week from one after not having one since launch. Speak for yourself.

My second Gjally last night, Skullfort, and Dont touch me would say you are wrong. At worst 2 shards and a second gjally. But still xp bonus and three exotics in around a hour. Seems worth it to me.

This week's nightfall only takes like 20 minutes at most. Why not do it? I did get a 2nd ghorn this week, and a Midi. So 2 out of 3 isn't bad. I guess it depends on what it is that week. It's a gamble, but eventually the risk/reward is in your favor.

Nightfall isn't that hard, and gives an xp bonus and hella rep. Anything else is bonus.

Nightfalls also give you an xp buff, so levelling weapons and armour is quicker. Everything revolves around motes, you'll start running out soon if you haven't already. It's a free shot at exotic armour

They are worth it, there easy and quick. I got every exotic gun in the game except the exotic side arm but I still rock nightfalls every week every since the start. Having that XP bonus for the week is big

Worth it no not at all but it doesn't take long either. the only way to really advance in this new dlc is with the pvp sections so you are dead on there. They have put a pvp or forget it mode in this game big time.

Dude I just got a ram and last word from nightfall. As well as a legendary engram which turned out to be a decent sniper. I'd say it's super worth it.

the main reason I do it is for the exp boost.

It's the first 3 activities I complete every week, simply due to the experience buff. The chance for etheric light is nice, but not why I play the nightfall. An exotic could possibly have a better roll than some armor I have, and if not its an exotic shard. That experience buff is my prerequisite to every other activity in the game
