Fix the weapon parts famine somehow please. If u agree I would like your support if you have a lot of weapon parts don't reply cause we don't care. This is just and idea that I think bungie should add so we can purchase weapon parts. I DON'T NEED PEOPLES BULSHIT HATE COMMENT ALERTING MY PHONE EVERY 3 SECONDS. Don't be a child and read the entire thing.

Got a near perfect scout rifle in 3 rolls and I only have like 30 weapons part lol you can also buy the weapons from the gunsmith and dismantle them. You'll have to farm glimmer though.

People like myself are looking for very specific perks with a certain type of damage and will keep rerolling till we get it. I had 2000 when POE came out and now i have about 500. 300 weapon parts is 100 rerolls and between iron banner guns and the new queens stuff the rerolling is endless.

You can purchase weapon parts. Just buy green weapons and shard them.

The ONLY reason I see where there could be a weapons part shortage is if you are a 90% PVP type player. If you play PVE a lot, and grind missions and stuff... trust me, you will not be in a Shortage of weapon parts at all. Soo many engrams drop all the time in PVE grinding. Green's and blue's. pick em up, dismantle.... parts o' plenty. Now.. if you aren't grinding PVE (and not even that long)... yeah, weapon parts are going to be few and far between. If you are grinding PVE... either you have the worst luck of all time... or you are doing something horribly wrong.

3 Repliesi just dismantled a shit ton of weapons that i wasnt using to get weapon parts and energy/shards, in total i got about 160, im out of weapon parts now

This. I don't have any because I have a lot of guns and never had available weapon space so I never pick up greens when out on patrol and in strikes. Because inventory space and gear switching is a critical thing in this game more than anything else, it compounds the weapon parts problem. So many short sighted design issues in this game.

I have to agree. I feel like dismantling should grant the following. Exotic: 25 weapon parts Legendary: 10 weapon parts Rare: 5 weapons parts Uncommon: 3 That seems more fair based on what you put in to upgrade the weapons.
