When I was new to Destiny I thought...
What was your noobish mistake? Mine was thinking that AR's where better than hand cannons.

I thought the loot was going to be crazy and epic, but then it just gave me increased agility and allowed me to use an extra skill from my subclass. :(

1 ReplyI thought assault rifles were the greatest weapons in the game, always wanted the exotic Suros thinking it would be godlike. Then came the Ghorn hype, after that it was thorn and so on but when I started playing this game I thought this is gonna be a game I will always be able to come back to no matter if the new cod season as started and I'd take breaks from this beautiful world we call destiny. But since I started my playstation4 experience with destiny(got the white bundle) I knew it would always have me come crawling back. Just how Halo used to pry me away from the Shipping containers in CoD4 to the beautifully destroyed world of Gears of War. Pretty much I rambled on lol if you actually read this long not really helpful reply give it a star or something :)

ARs WERE better than many hand cannons. Then they were nerfed.

So we were doing the nexus, and a legendary engram popped out of an enemy and started to roll off the cliff edge. I screamed bloody murder and catapulted off the edge after it. I got it, and even though none of us knew about the postmaster at that time, they won't let me forget it.

When it took me and my friend almost an hour to kill the walker tank shooting it in the flaps that open up 😂 that was from the beta though

1 ReplyWhen I first started I looked at the speakers class items wanting them but had no idea how to get motes Then later on I was using my super and it popped up with "LuminaryLemur69 generated 2 orbs of light" I thought I had found it so I waited around and used my super a bunch and was confused when I went back to the speaker and I still had 0/23 motes.

6 RepliesDon't know how to use Fusion Rifle. Got one and tried pulling trigger trying to kill some Fallen at Patrol and the Fallen guy just stared back. Proceed to say "Fusion Rifle Sucks!" and dismantled quite a bit of the blue ones. Until I learned you have to hold to charge. ROFL

2 RepliesIn the crucible I saw everyone has a white bar over their red bar. Me being the intelligent human being that I am, concluded it was a shield. Then looking at my own health bar, realized that I don't have a shield, at least to my eye. I concluded that only Titans got shields so I made a Titan. Then after seeing they didn't get shields either, I made a hunter. Very upset to not see a shield, I asked my friend what do I do to get one. He then told me that everyone gets a shield in the crucible. I lost three brain cells that day.

Back in the day they were. No one way using HC in pvp. All Suros, singinG and other high rate of fire rifles.
