A top weapon in the game shouldn't be RNG. What I'm saying is most people have that one gun that never drops for them. And the solution to that is Xur. Unless that one gun is Gjallarhorn. Then you're just screwed. And on top of that, people don't want to play with you. So the community is split in half. How is that balanced?

Idk the grass is pretty green where I'm standing so no complaints here rng blessed me with every gun in the game besides red death and couldn't be happier with my 2 gallies
