Why no way to buy etheric light for PvE players like PvP players get with Iron Banner lvl 3?
Title says it all. I think it is completely unfair for PvP players to get the ability to buy etheric light when I as a PvE (PoE) only player does not. Any one else have a thought?

Its not that hard to get rank three..what about pvp players going to pve to get weapons? Exotics in general, found verdict from vog when this game came out, legendary weapons from vanguard vendors..there have been tons of reasons for pvp players to go to pve..if you can't find one to play pvp then that's your loss. It's not anyone's fault that you have a .27 kd on your hunter.

Not playing IB means no (extra) light shards. Just as not doing VoG means no Vex.

Well they put in the extra effort to do well in both PvE and PvP so it's their earned etheric light. Nothing unfair about it.

Just Do IB.. Suck or not all you have to do is win one or 2 games a day and do the bounties . I suck at pvp and got up to rank 1.25 in 5 games.

Shut up. If you choose not to play a certain part of the game, obviously you won't get rewards from it. Just like someone who doesn't like raids will never get the raid weapons. Entitled child.

You made the choice to not play PvP so why should you get special treatment? Not everyone is PvP or pve only, I choose to play both parts of the game and maximise my options.

I'm already swimming in EL from TOO. Going flawless nets you 3 a character. Now with iron banner I don't even know what to do with it. You know you could try playing a game type that takes skill and try crucible.

Find a group to run IB with. If you have a full fireteam of 6 it can be sooooooo much fun

9 RepliesI'd use the word unbalanced instead of unfair Maybe during iron banner weeks have it be a supplemental guaranteed nightfall drop or something Other than that earning it during trials and earning during PoE is fairly comparable

2 RepliesIf you have three characters and do level 34, you have three. What else do you want? Complete 35 and you'll have 6. Iron banner only has one per level 3 & 5. So 6 in total for 3 characters. Seems fair enough no? Plus we get a weekly reset, iron banner isn't always going on.

This game was meant for the player to do both PVP is easy in this game...I have a really aggressive play style that results in a lot of deaths for me, but I still manage a positive KD The fact that you only do POE is your problem

Thought? You're an idiot. You get 42 light gear from Variks and free etheric light from completing certain PoE levels weekly. Iron Banner players have to get to rank 3 then buy etheric light and the Iron Banner gear is only 36 light and Iron Banner is monthly. Yea you monster killing guys got it so rough.

You get Etheric Light from doing hard horde modes. We get Etheric Light from grinding IB and winning. GG
