Do I have the perfect LEGENDARY rocket launcher for PVE?
Look at my "The Cure" on my Titan
Tracking
Field scout/heavy payload
Clown cartridge
Hard launch
Arc
[spoiler]Everyone is going to say HoC I bet well remember HoC can only pick up 1-2 ammo/heavy box and this can pick up 2-3 (with field scout)[/spoiler]

1 ReplyA Valedictorian with the same upgrades as The Cure mentioned above. With the Heavy ammo upgrades.. it can have 8 total rockets with a 2 round magazine. Which can sometimes give 3 (clowny cartridges or something).. this+Ruin Wings= Primary Rockets. With only 2 Heavy ammo boxes. Because with RW, Heavy ammo boxes drop 4 rockets.

2 RepliesIt's decent and tracking makes a huge difference. If you were saying PvP I would have to say you need Grenades and Horseshoes more so than tracking. This is because with tracking it's easy to avoid by simply nipping behind a wall. Nades and shoes will detonate even if they nip behind the wall and usually (if they are trying to double team you) take them both out.

Meh, pretty much anyone will be able to get the "perfect legendary rocket launcher" when reforging at the gunsmith is a thing.

Unless it acts like Gjallarhorn it's a best a good rocket launcher.

If you don't have HoC or Gally, sure that is good enough. I was using Truth for a long while.
