How many hours have you played?
Personally, I have played about 250 hours in this game. I have only 1 character that's 32 and I have all the Titan armor exotics. I almost have all of the exotic guns and such. I just think RNGesus likes me, but I have also bought weapons and armor from Xur almost every other week when he has good gear. Currently working on my Hunter & Warlock.

A lot of people picked 601+ hours played. Extremely understandable since people want to get that GHorn and other exotics

Just cracked 100 yesterday. So, haven't been at it long. Only have one exotic (Thunderlord), which I got from Xur (to be fair, NLB dropped also, but got dismantled for obvious reasons) and I grinded IB the entire week for Timur's Lash. Also JUST got Coiled Hiss. Pretty much the only high powered weapons I have, lol. Haven't been able to do the raids.

How are these hours being calculated? Personally, I find Bungie's hours calculations are very inaccurate. They seem to consider only active gameplay time, and they do not take into consideration that a character might have been deleted. By contrast, Microsoft Xbox Live provides a more accurate estimation of time spent on the game. It does not care if I am in orbit. When I am planning strategies, such as determining how to combine bounties, it is still considered gameplay.
