How's everyone's IronBanner?
It's Thursday morning and iron banner is still hot. How's everyone doing? Personally I've been doing better than normal PvP when I'm not dicking around. My thought is a little too many Vex Mythos but what are you going to do?
EDIT: what's everyone running for loadout? I've been using hawkmoon, light of the abyss / comedian, and either Hunger or corrective measure.
EDIT: Seems we have some lag issues but overall everyone is having a good time. I'm going to try and reply to all but enjoy this weeks IB before it's over. GET THAT GEAR BABY
EDIT: Came back to all these replies, thanks fellow guardians. I've been at work for a bit so I haven't been able to reply. Once I get off I sure will.
EDIT: DAMN at the end of the day still stuck in ran 2. My high hopes for reaching at least 4 are down the drain. Maybe Friday will yield better results and maybe xûr will have some bring good. But he usually is just here to disappoint. Have fun guardians. May you fare better than I.

Now I've been playing a mix of solo IB and team IB. What are your tactics for playing both? I've been hanging back and shooting long range with the hawkmoon and the occasional panic charge with the light of the abyss. BUT HOPEFULLY I can rank up just a little after work.

4 RepliesIn all honestly iron banner is easily the worst pvp experience of this game. Lag issues, teams of 6 vs Randoms exotic hand cannons only etc. If it weren't for the loot I wouldn't touch the game mode. It's the only time I want to commit heinous acts to the players I end up with that have no sense of tactics whatsoever. That's putting it nicely.

Rage inducing. Got my efrideets spear and re-rolled already also got my timurs lash from the last time he sold it so no need to grind to rank 5 just re-rolled it so I'm done thank god.

I have been doing much better than normal pvp. I'm about 3/4 away from rank 5. Gonna buy the spear and the lash..... After some glimmer farming of course.

4 RepliesLove how people moan about the vex when it's been nerfed like 2-3 times and has the lowest attack power of all the exotics. It's my weapon of choice online >_<

1 ReplyRerolled my efrideets spear for rodeo, armor piercing rounds and final round.... Got a 2nd holders hammer with hammer forged, range finder, and feeding frenzy, got my helmet... Just need gold spiral and I'm good

Almost time for the weekend grind. Not sure how, but I've managed to get enough play time in to complete all but one of the bounties each day (CQC melees and machine gun headshots take a few more days). Looking forward to getting some gear soon.

Almost 5, running full Iron Banner set on my Titan. I was running Vex until I found out that none of my head shots have been counting towards my bounties from IB. I use HawkM and Galahad E, SecretHS, got a drop for the IB machine gun. Also if you really want to rank up your items definitely run IB I've ranked up all kinds of stuff now.

I've had a decent Iron Banner. Been running with a Coiled Hiss 1919 with Headseeker, Perfect Balance, and Counterbalance. My last two games I got a MIDA and a Silimar's Wrath to drop. Cannot get Machinegun head shots to save my life though.
