How's everyone's IronBanner?
It's Thursday morning and iron banner is still hot. How's everyone doing? Personally I've been doing better than normal PvP when I'm not dicking around. My thought is a little too many Vex Mythos but what are you going to do?
EDIT: what's everyone running for loadout? I've been using hawkmoon, light of the abyss / comedian, and either Hunger or corrective measure.
EDIT: Seems we have some lag issues but overall everyone is having a good time. I'm going to try and reply to all but enjoy this weeks IB before it's over. GET THAT GEAR BABY
EDIT: Came back to all these replies, thanks fellow guardians. I've been at work for a bit so I haven't been able to reply. Once I get off I sure will.
EDIT: DAMN at the end of the day still stuck in ran 2. My high hopes for reaching at least 4 are down the drain. Maybe Friday will yield better results and maybe xûr will have some bring good. But he usually is just here to disappoint. Have fun guardians. May you fare better than I.
EDIT: GOOOOOOOOD MOOOOORNING FOOOORUMS ITS FRIDAY AND I HAVE TO GRIND MY ASS OFF STILL!! Time to hop back on that iron horse and WRECK.
Now I've been playing a mix of solo IB and team IB. What are your tactics for playing both? I've been hanging back and shooting long range with the hawkmoon and the occasional panic charge with the light of the abyss. BUT HOPEFULLY I can rank up just a little after work.

I'm getting a bit irritated at always facing of against premades with a group of rando's. Aside from that, IB is always a good time.

Ive been in teams mostly and it's a whole new take on crucible. :) plus I got the sniper and jolders with an epic roll so it's been great so far!

My kdr is decent, but I'm a go-getter so I usually score a lot of points while maintaining a good kdr. [i](for anyone checking, been using my 31 Warlock for IB) [/i]

It sucks for me. I suck at pvp and I forgot about the level advantages and I've been using my lvl 26 Titan hoping to lvl him up long story short it ain't working lol

3 RepliesEdited by Fromage of Havoc: 5/1/2015 1:11:19 PMGay...had four consecutive matches with the same premade fireteam (opponent) despite attempting to leave the lobby...nothing but 4 hunters and 2 warlocks who were really stupid good at constantly blinking and sliding between CDs, and one of the warlocks didn't shotgun camp...he novabomb camped (I don't even know how this was possible) killing singles... The fact that some of them would die from my shots seconds later after mysteriously killing me first was also pretty lame. It was the most frustrating string of matches I ever had on a Titan, I -blam!-ing swear. I was ready to find different people already. On top of that...been waiting around for a hawkmoon only to see some dude in the bottom two of our team of randoms to get it...I need a hug...

4 RepliesIn all honestly iron banner is easily the worst pvp experience of this game. Lag issues, teams of 6 vs Randoms exotic hand cannons only etc. If it weren't for the loot I wouldn't touch the game mode. It's the only time I want to commit heinous acts to the players I end up with that have no sense of tactics whatsoever. That's putting it nicely.
