How's everyone's IronBanner?
It's Thursday morning and iron banner is still hot. How's everyone doing? Personally I've been doing better than normal PvP when I'm not dicking around. My thought is a little too many Vex Mythos but what are you going to do?
EDIT: what's everyone running for loadout? I've been using hawkmoon, light of the abyss / comedian, and either Hunger or corrective measure.
EDIT: Seems we have some lag issues but overall everyone is having a good time. I'm going to try and reply to all but enjoy this weeks IB before it's over. GET THAT GEAR BABY
EDIT: Came back to all these replies, thanks fellow guardians. I've been at work for a bit so I haven't been able to reply. Once I get off I sure will.
EDIT: DAMN at the end of the day still stuck in ran 2. My high hopes for reaching at least 4 are down the drain. Maybe Friday will yield better results and maybe xûr will have some bring good. But he usually is just here to disappoint. Have fun guardians. May you fare better than I.
EDIT: GOOOOOOOOD MOOOOORNING FOOOORUMS ITS FRIDAY AND I HAVE TO GRIND MY ASS OFF STILL!! Time to hop back on that iron horse and WRECK.
Now I've been playing a mix of solo IB and team IB. What are your tactics for playing both? I've been hanging back and shooting long range with the hawkmoon and the occasional panic charge with the light of the abyss. BUT HOPEFULLY I can rank up just a little after work.

Got to level 4 today, a dragon's breath dropped for me (had it already, so free exotic shard) and got my first thorn. Bought the helmet and the bond, going for timmy tomorrow, then will try to get the chest for my hunter...

Hit Lv 4 after playing around 6 hrs today straight...bought the helmet and chest...got 2 ships and a Jolders hammer dropped too .. Wasn't much of a grind tbh, had fun playing..think I'm gonna play more and hit Lv 5 tomorrow...

Went to crush last night while the wife was out of town and Xbox live was down for 360. Stull at level 2. Gonna hit 5 over the weekend for that sweet looking helmet. Already have glimmer saved up so should be OK but was very frustrated

My friend and I always complain about people not using teamwork, only to realize that we never stayed together. We would call out a lot and that would help, but it's nothing like when we are side by side, shooting people in the face. We even did good using an unupgraded Silimar's Wrath together. It was pretty fun. I hit rank 5 earlier today and am now going to grind for motes to reforge my Timur's Lash.

Haven't had too much time to play so far but am Rank 2.5. Just going to 4 so depending on how much I get to play, I should be done sometime Sunday at the latest

For my first IB it's going pretty well. Just in it for the armor and weapons. Don't play much PvP but the incentives are there! I made it my goal to get 3 Spears, one for each burn type that have Firefly and Field scout. After about 280 motes later... I've got them! (Had 530 before going reroll crazy) Also have a PvP Spear with rodeo, AP rounds and final round. May or may not get used. Now I just need the helmet and the sash.

I just need my helmets. Got the spear and lash....I'll probably buy them again to get different rolls. Mida dropped for me last night and I also got two heavy L.engrams both turned into valedictorians and also got a L.engram helmet that turned into energies going to keep grinding to see if I could get something nice.

3 RepliesI finished yesterday to level 4 ( already have Timurs lash) with one of my guardians and am now on to the 2nd so that's good progress for me. Really annoyed at games where our team is leading by a substantial amount and they throw it away to go for that far off point spawning the enemy behind is and giving them the advantage.

I'm getting a bit irritated at always facing of against premades with a group of rando's. Aside from that, IB is always a good time.
