Iron banner ward of dawn exploit
To all the people out there spamming ward of dawn with your team of titans, get some skill and learn to play without cheating. The idea of control is to capture flags not just sit there on one flag constantly popping bubbles and making orbs.

2 RepliesLol you and your team must be bad. Control is a slayer type game...but you could have zero zones and win the game still. You don't have to challenge them and when your super is up go get that quad kill. And they aren't cheating. They are just using a smart tactic that works on scrubs like you

Does anyone tried fist of havoc into the bubble valleys? Or simply arc blade with shockwave into the bubbles?

1 ReplyDude this is so easy to beat. Voidwalker blinks in drops axion, bubble(s) instantly go buhby. Still have to kill the guys that were inside, but hopefully one of my teammates sees me sacrificing, and follows my lead for mop up. Stopping their bubbles freaks them out. They are NOT used to this.

Haha. There are several supers that can beat this. Usually me and my buddy can end them doing this. What is the issue.

It sucks to go against, but that's why ppl use it. It's a strong strategy that, with good coordination, can be effective even against a good team. I agree with the frustration, just glad I haven't seen it too much myself in pvp

Someone tried this "tactic" on us yesterday and I was saving Golden Gun for it (If I play against a Titan and they are using Defender, I'm saving my super for them). That layed down one bubble and has three people inside. I shot it once and they panicked getting ready to come out but my second shot, I lined it up and broke the bubble while hitting a guy (Key Hole) making him blow up killing the Titan as well. The third shot dropped the other guy. As soon as I did that, two more Defender Titans were coming around the corner. Just saved the team from a headache waiting to happen... Their next bubble took a Nova Bomb :D

It's essentially camping. But the thing is: That's a legitimate play style. Bungie seems to have helped those players out. I main a titan but I hate campers. I use Striker for PVP and Defender for PVE.

6 RepliesAs I have often written before, this light poo is a PvE thing that does not work in PvP, because every light poo can be collected by ALL members. This leads to an exponential explosion of light poo in PvP if multiple members collect them and immediatly use theor supers. Why do Bungies devs don't understand mathematics of exponentials? Just make Light Poo only collectable by the first person to run over it.

No more of a joke play than an entire team running The Last Word or Thorn and killing you in under a second.

A lot of people will also do it with other characters to get the gear (the hunter's cloak for my case) so as it's told before, find a way to destroy the bubbles or kill their owners, or just leave the game and go back in the matchmaking. Don't stress about this buddy, everyone knows that the Titans have an advantage in PvP, just learn to counter them as much as possible.

I don't think that happens a lot. I never encountered it at all and we only tried this tactic once because it is pretty boring (at least as a Titan). Just get out of the game and change the lobby. I rather have Bungie working on real glitches.

2 RepliesIt's funny that you're crying about when you have your titan running defender with the helm of Saint 14 equipped you must do an awful lot of hiding in that bubble probably with a shotty. This has been going on in crucible since shortly after launch and bungie allows it because it goes with the gameplay dynamics I run striker on my titan with helm of inmost light and go after the ones who hide in the bubble. Bye bye team and bye bye bubble

18 RepliesPlease remake your topic. I know you were going for the fact that since you called it a cheat, it would probably get noticed by tptb. It's not a cheat. It's not an exploit. There are ways around it... 1. Blade dance 2. 1-2 gunslinger shots 3. Nova Bomb 4. Radiance Grenades 5. Leave(being the last option) You sound like someone who would report something like this in game. And for what? Because things aren't going your way apparently. It's topics like this that get things nerfed for no logical reason. Yet, I don't believe this would be one. Because if you nerf one super, all supers will get some kind of nerf. I'm not attempting to be cruel and disrespectful towards your post, but this is an unnecessary request just because things are not going your way.

4 RepliesSimple team tactics that worked great. It won them the match and -blam!-ed you and your team of randoms up. Suck it up chum. Even if you didn't keep rushing the bubble bath, your scrub team did. Build a team with friends or learn a means to counter it. I've yet to run into it but if I did I would grab a seat, some munchies and watch the randoms of my team bum rush me a quick medallion to cash in. It makes for an awesome laugh to see all those tags run off and vanish into a cluster of near insta-skulls.
