What was your reaction to your first exotic? I was jumping up and down for mine (Ice Breaker).

2 RepliesWhen I got my first exotic bounty I slowly put the controller down and put my hands in my face and kept saying oh my gosh. I was excited but I was still a "noob" Lvl 25 and I knew the thorn bounty would be hard. But I got it! And thorn was my first exotic.

Lvl 24 in Normal VOG....I get Suros Regime way before this Auto Rifle Nerf. Got it back in October. Whole convo after 3 whipes. Me: ok so stay up here? (Hidden behind Mars portal.) Friends: yes Me: ok They fight Atheon...I get sent through once but I was ok. We beat Atheon before Enrage. Friends: good job guys Loot pops up with my name Suros Regime Friend 2: oh Falanx got Suros Me: is it good? (Gets achievement) Friend 3: yes Friend 4: break it Friend 1: don't tell him that. Me: so tell is exotic right? Friend 2: yes Me: ok I'll use it. Thanks guys

Squeeeee!!!!!!! Dammit. It was a chest armor for a Titan. I have a hunter. Had to stash it in my vault until I can build my next character. I have 2 exotic armor pieces for classes I don't use. And none for my Hunter. :/ my exotic guns though I'm so proud of. Did the grind for my Bad JUju. Bought MIDA from Xur.

I wasn't on the Destiny hype train from the start. Didn't really understand the meaning of exotics. So I asked a friend if he could run nightfall with me. I still had a blue rocket launcher, but I rocked Shadow Price and Final Boss. Got to the end and the game is like "TaDaaaa! Gjallarhorn!" I was like "What's this? Is it any good?"

It was Ice Breaker I believe. I bought it from Xur. So yeah, that was it. No particular reaction, you know. I didn't know how good it was. My most noticiable reactions were when I got Hawkmoon and Gally. I literally jumped and cried like a little girl when I got my Ghorn.
