I claim that the characters in the story are purely fictional and their names are too generalized to be held under copyright by any party. Therefore any and all "ducks" and "sixes" can and shall be referred to as "big" and "dumb" without penalty and cannot be argued as slander. We as the publisher still recognize that the raccoon in the story is still gangsta.
