Who is SmoggyPluto?

I only saw him once. I was doing the Nightfall with some buddies and it was the Omnigal mission. In the Sky Watch, on our way to the Jovian complex, a public event occurred. So, we defended the Warsat in the Sky Watch. It was a massive battle with Fallen and Hive everywhere. We had almost completed the event when both my buddies died. Then I saw what killed them, that damn Urzok knight prick. He starred at me and started upon me ... I put so much lead in him but he didn't die ... I was almost dead and Urzok lifted his weapon for the death blow ... then as his weapon descended ... he shattered into a thousand pieces. What happened? I looked around and saw a figure in the distance holding a sniper (up near the old helicopter wrecks). The figure waved ... and I saw on the screen "SmoggyPluto waves". He saved me and my fireteam. I haven't seen him since, but I suspect he is out there keeping a watchful eye over us (all of us .. meaning you too). Thanks Smoggy. Thanks mate.

Nobody REALLY knows who smoggypluto is, but I've heard tales that he soloed the vault using only his sparrow, he has Fate of all Fools, and 347 Vesta Dynasty, he found the Gjallarhorn instead of the Khvostov, the Gjallarhorn wants to earn him, he climbed out of the Hellmouth, he can equip eight exotics at once, he got to level 34 on the ninth of September 2014, RNGesus prays to him, Xûr buys his weapons from him, the Speaker told Smoggypluto the tales of how the city fell, and the Stranger had time to explain herself to him Smoggypluto is a pretty cool guy.

He was at the bottom of the team during a crucible match and got Gjally. A butthurt teammate put it on the forums to complain, and other Guardians started vouching for SmoggyPluto, about how great he was and how much he deserved it. From there, tales of his exploits become greater and greater and he became rightly known as the greatest Guardian to ever become legend.
