I paid for a new raid, not a new strike.
"Arena" is a fancy word for "strike with no path to follow."
Don't get me wrong, I like new story content, and hell, I like new strikes, too, but would I pay 20 bucks for it if old content is going to be upgraded? Probably not. Raids are the fun part of the end game. Not putting a new raid on content that A LOT of people have already paid for is just kind of immoral. Just call it a patch, not an expansion. The only thing it seems to be expanding is a side note on a story that no one understands, and unlocking content that is already on the game, just has been withheld from players. Bungie, I'm a fan, but I would be lying if I said this didn't piss me off.
tl;dr
It's not right to hype up an expansion and not put a raid in it, AFTER people have paid for it.

However, you cannot continue posting leaked and data mined images as though they're PR released from Bungie. Yes, we had every reason to expect a raid from HoW based on the precedent set by Vanilla and TDB, and it's their fault for not communicating with us. They should have let us know sooner just how different HoW could be, and just how flexible their slate was for what would come with HoW.

Tht photo was a data mined image, that being said, obviously this was not an official Bungie advertisement or announcement. Shortly after this image leaked, Bungie released a statement warning people that the image wasn't real and everything was subject to change. Dont get your hopes up. It's your own fault if you're disappointed with your purchase, not bungies. And honestly this is better, no i dont know exactly what it is yet, but i know that Destiny needs new content and more variety before we just get another raid. Especially after this disappointment that the dark below turned out to be. They dont want to repeat mistakes, therefore, they went back to the drawing board with the raid they had planned. I'd say that just about guarentees that it's going to be better when it releases than it otherwise would have been. They want to take time to give us the raid we deserve, not the raid we've cine to expect with a bew expansion. Its not that theres no new raid coming, it just got delayed. Is it even possible for you to provide me with an example of ANY game that has ever been delayed that turned out to be worse because if it? No? I didnt think so. Im glad it was delayed because i want it to be awesome, not mediocre.
