No land beyond. I'm serious, my friend got it before hour first legendary and I've wanted it ever since. Then I got it and then I was happy.

Probably The Last Word, figuring that I got it from a legendary engram from a Cryptarch package.

Fang honestly. When I got g horn and fatebringer I was really happy but I did crota with hopes of getting fang and got it on first try so I felt like I was pretty lucky.

Icebreaker when Xur sold it finally. I had been locked out of it because I missed the opportunity to buy it. It was essential for the VOG at he time. People would routinely only take you if you had one.

The vex. It would be fatebringer, but I just laughed when I got it because I joined on a couple of guys and they beat the Templar while I watched.

Fatebringer. I got every exotic weapon before I managed to get it to drop.

Gjallarhorn. If I ever get the crux, I will probably be happier. I know Necrochasm sucks right now, but the damn thing won't drop.

Should have been the Gjallarhorn, but it took my 9 months to get my first one (3 weeks to the day to get my second, go figure), and I was like, "Oh Gjallarhorn, I've already done literally everything that there is to do in this game without it." Since getting my first gally was anticlimactic, I would have to say Hawkmoon. I got it on one of my very first VoG runs and it has been my most used exotic. I love that gun.

My first ever run on VoG I got the chest piece for my warlock and the VoC. It was a couple of days after the VoG first opened and nobody in my fireteam had the VoC so couldn't confirm whether it was good or not. At the time I wasn't a fan of scout rifles so I dismantled it. I joined another fireteam to do it again on my hunter and a random told me that it was an awesome weapon, I immediately regretted breaking it up into pieces when he showed me his levelled up version. It took me another 2 weeks of running it three times to get it back and I've treasured it ever since!
