I'm seeing a plethora of idiots saying that choosing to be gay is wrong (Or sin because they're usually Christian, isn't that funny?)
You do not choose to BE. You do not choose to be black, white, short, tall, angry, sad, or happy. You just ARE. Please try and comprehend that.

13 RepliesYou are not born gay ..... You make a choice to be gay. A child isn't born with sexual tendencies at all .... It's brought around by upbringing, environment, parenting, friends, etc ... A child will chose to be attracted to the same sex when tragedy happens In their life and that same sex friend was there for them, or they chose to be attracted to the same sex cause they have been rejected many times by the opposite sex and have low self esteem! I chose to like girls when my body started changing and puberty hit. I'm a Christian and I have nothing against gay people. I have friends and family that are gay ..... They laugh at this notion that people say they were born gay, they made a choice to be gay. Both male gay friends had numerous girlfriends growing up but were rejected and cheated on and thus lowering their self esteem. Women was created for man from man. It's Adam and Eve ... Not Adam and Steve.

There was a time where being gay was punishable by death. Hell, it is still is in some middle eastern countries. You still think people would "choose" when they might be killed for it? You are what you are.

Hey, I can understand the frustration that both sides can feel. But not all Christians hate homosexual people. As a Mormon myself (which is a religion that firmly believe it is wrong) I support it. There is nothing wrong with it. Don't blame all of us when only the really extreme ones take it so seriously.

That is the only part of it that is biological. It may make you more likely to like men, but it still comes down to a choice.
