You DO NOT choose to be gay
I'm seeing a plethora of idiots saying that choosing to be gay is wrong (Or sin because they're usually Christian, isn't that funny?)
You do not choose to BE. You do not choose to be black, white, short, tall, angry, sad, or happy. You just ARE. Please try and comprehend that.

Technically you are wrong people can choose to be happy, sad, or angry very easily. An with surgery or drugs people can choose to be white, black, tall, or short as well. The same can be said for anything including but not limited to homosexuality. The right amount of drugs and conditioning can have anyone be any type of sexuality needed. I am not saying people should just that your argument needs work as it is currently wrong.

I think that gay people should be treated fairly and with respect. I believe that they should have civil rights and liberties, and I hate the mistreatment of lgbt individuals that is going on in the world. But looking at this thread I really hate the arguments that liberals here are using. I hate when people think they have a monopoly on the definition of "gay" "bisexual" and "straight." If a gay man changes his life, and becomes straight, all of a sudden he is branded as "bisexual" even though he himself says he's "straight" now. If some man proclaims that he is straight and that he used to be gay, who are you to put words in his mouth and brand him as bisexual? Political convenience does not give you the right to redefine someone else's life experience.

Now don't go out there like you speak for the whole gay community. That might be your case but I have plenty of friends tell me its more complicated than choice vs born this way. Friend of mine came out a year ago. Has a kid. Loved his wife. Then the shit hit the fan. He moved here dated a few chicks then one day introduced me to his bf. Straight up lived for v_tang. Now he's off the squish mitten and on the pink sock. Shit happens that can change preference and very much so borderlines choice. Not how I goes for everyone. But not as simple as you stated. Not tryna be an ass just saying.
