Lvl 4 titan with 25 kills in pvp?
How? Stock armor-white shotgun the rifle you get when you start the game. He did it like 4 times in a row? I followed him.

Lower level players have a big advantage in pvp as well as low level weapons they give more damage output or so. My friend went on a 15 kill streak with the level 1 gun

I've done it on my second and third characters.. Once you get a feel for the game its easy since playing advantages are disabled it's purely skill based

Easy: Be good at the game. Crucible is based on the stats of your weapons, armor rating doesn't affect your gameplay. In IB, it wouldn't happen. Crucible ( normal ) only allows perks from guns/armor/classes to come in with you. Everything else is based off of your gun stats.
