Sniping in pvp
I hate you all. But i give you all props. Sniping is uber hard, for me at least. Lol.
Side note- we all can agree that thorn is a little op...right?

So as of Monday after getting home from work i started my sniper training :). And to my surprise, i did better than i thought i did :).
Today my traning will continue....

Just wanted other snipers opinions, is it bad to feel dissapointed for not gettong head shots? And having to try to get the kill with body shots?

Just wanted to say thanks for everyones advice, and support on this hard skill, imo, to master!. Never really ever see this community being so...actually nice lol.

I only snipe for the bounty, and even then its a pain to do.

9 RepliesAs long as you aren't that wannabee "sniper" who uses final round and empties their mag to get all of their kills using the last shot (it's a ohk and acceptable so long as you shoot all of the shots. If I check your sniper, see final round, and then watch you reload after sniping me every time, you are getting targeted [b]exclusively[/b].

3 RepliesNext time you play Anomaly, grab your NLB. It's awesome :) (had a 3.0 game with about 20 kills last night) And run the Vault until you get a Praedyths Revenge. It has Maxed stability, and fires super fast! Practice makes perfect! Or at least better.

5 RepliesI hate snipers but they are relatively balanced. However I do think the faster firing snipers are a little op. I think they should be a 1 shot headshot and 3 shot body.

I call it "final -blam!- you shot", one shot with the sniper (doesn't matter where I hit) then switch to a scout rifle/handcannon and hit him once anywhere

11 RepliesEdited by Vader_000: 4/1/2015 1:00:33 PMWord of advice: If you're trying to learn how to snipe, don't use Praedyth's or anything with low impact, low recoil. Pick up an LDR/Longbow/Calcutta. High impact rifles will force you to land headshots and not rely on follow up shots. That's the only reason I am any decent at sniping.
