Does ANYONE actually know how to do VoG without cheesing anymore?
Like damn, seriously if you still need to snipe and cheese you guys are terrible.
The cheeses I am referring to are the sniping cheeses where you fight Conflux through Templar from the top.

Hell yes. Do oracles normal and kill Templar on the right side. Foolproof. I leave groups that cheese Templar cause they're more prone to wipe

22 RepliesThe only parts I'll "cheese" are Oracles and Templar on Hard.... But if anybody wants to do it legit I will [i]definitely[/i] do it legit.... TBH, since it spawns you up top, I [i]really[/i] don't think it's an exploit.... If it was they'd patch it so you all spawn down below after a wipe.... It still takes skill, teamwork, know-how, and lots of communication to do it from up top and it is a little more controlled (especially on hard). "Cheese" is turning off your box when Crota knelt... Or pushing Atheon off with solars.... Something like [i]that[/i]... Sniping from the top is still strategy and is still teamwork... There is "cheese" and there is strategy... This just my [b]opinion[/b], but I really feel like these methods are not "cheesing"... [spoiler]just to be clear I [b]have[/b] done it legit a billion trillion times and I [b]do prefer[/b] to do it legit since it is more challenging...[/spoiler] The raids are about having fun and being challenged, using your skills and strategies to defeat enemies.... If my group wants to snipe, that's fun, challenging, requires skill and strategy.... If they want to do it down below, that is also fun, challenging, requires skill and strategy..... When running a nightfall, do you also consider it cheesing to stay in a spot of relative safety and hide while taking as many potshots as you can to avoid getting blowed the -blam!- up? Cuz that is pretty much the only way to do some of these strikes. Did you kill laser shrek without hiding? How about omnigul? Rockets mcdickface? Good luck, bruh. Good luck. Also how the heck is one dude epically soloing all the Templar's adds and the blocked oracles every time they spawn so his teammates don't get expunged a cheese? Yeah the warlock jumping off and fireborning to start the oracles is a small piece of cheese. But not the Templar. Can't do done without legitimacy anymore.
