This is a big problem with destiny. Choosing a weapon class isn't a choice anymore. You choose whatever has been the least nerfed.

Yup. Watch for it. Next pulse rifles will be nerfed. To Bungie weapon balance will only be achieved when the use of the primaries are split 25% for all primaries cause they know what's best for us. Lol.

But once you become a multi-million dollar company, consequences start to have such a little effect on them that they can actually grow to ignore/withstand the repercussions of their actions. At this point they'll keep doing what [i]they[/i] feel like doing. So to clarify, Bungie is definitely doing what they do to make the work they do as [i]easy[/i] as possible. How else can you justify nerfing an entire archetype over balancing the actual culprits that're broken? Well, it's obvious when they make it painfully clear they make changes they can quickly and easily fit into patches. So basically they're trying to do the least amount of work to save their own effort, proving we are better off investing in another company. They came right out and said it when they mentioned they sometimes use what their friends ask of them outside of the work place. They take their friends' feedback into account, meaning we're basically nothing compared to the suggestions of their actual peer group. They were better off not mentioning that tidbit of information, in my eyes. Essentially they've told us they don't use our feedback, except as a general consensus for determining what most people want.
