Your Favourite Sniper
The Title says it all. This list is for PvP and PvE purposes. If you have any other favourites comment them down below. I could not include the faction snipers because there is no poll space left. If you would ask me I'd say my Longbow Synthesis with Firefly Spray and Play and Perfect Balance. (Other than situational fights with bosses in which I use Black Hammer or Icebreaker depending on the enemy. Oh and maybe the Felwinter's Lie. (Shh... Don't tell anyone that it's a sniper.)
Edit: Ice Breaker has the lead with %36.
Also Patience and Time is getting mentioned a lot. Didnt have space to put it in the Poll

Gonna have to go with the stillpiercer. Its aim assist isn't too high and the omolon with luck in the chamber at a close second.

OP clearly doesn't have efrideets spear Hands down the best sniper in the game (with the right perks) Extreme impact range and stability And you can reforge it Most versatile of the snipers and doesn't take up an exotic slot

Patience & Time 6 rounds, perfect stability, higher impact (?) and attack rating than Praedyth's Revenge. PR might take the lead when it's upgraded to the same HoW attack rating (365) because it doesn't take up an exotic slot.

PvE- Longbow Synthesis- Arc with take a knee, field scout, and outlaw- Better for PvE because of its high damage per shot and massive amount of ammo PvP- Prudence II- Solar with Spray and Pray, Field Scout, and Firefly- Fast fire rate + large mag = easy follow up body shots Overall- Longbow Synthesis- Definitely the first choice for most PvE stuff, and I still can use it pretty well in crucible simply because of the consistency with which I hit body shots, so the slow fire rate isn't very detrimental, and I don't need to hit follow up body shots that often.
