Is it cheap to reach 32 with Iron Banner gear
Help me decide
(I'm only need the chest to reach 32 I have all raid gear almost maxed)

For those people that have trouble finding that one raid armor piece because RNG is a bitch? Anything goes at this point. The only advantage of raid armor are some of the perks like increased damage to over soul or faster reload while oversoul is active-- which we don't ever want to summon anyway so IB gear is good. Better probably.

I'm glad most said no. It speaks to how the vocal minority are making it seem that it is normal to hate on IB gear. While the majority are fine with it. Probably because 85% of players haven't even raided.

Anyone who thinks Iron Banner is cheap has clearly not subject themselves to multiple weeks of lag filled frustration just to get those pieces. Everything in the Banner is earned, just in a different way to the raids

I know a guy who still doesn't have a raid chest piece and he's been trying forever. Do what you have to do because RNG is simply broken and not fair for many people. I myself have all raid gear, and even I prefer to wear Iron Banner gear because it looks better. Anyone who says yes is an idiot. Plain and simple.

my titan wears full iron banner gear. it's my pvp character so it makes sense it wears armor acquired from a pvp event. I play all modes with my titan, and rarely play pvp with my other two characters

One great thing is leveling it up doesn't cost radiant material. So there's that..

It's not cheap, its just that Iron Regalia is unique for being light 36 and yet its perks are just like other generic light 33 gear.

Oracle Disruptor & Oversole It's not cheap but then again having full raid and all possible in armour now that shows you have put time and effort in.

So it was a lot harder for me getting ib 32 gear then it was doing easy as crota lol. Crota is a joke. And let's not forget all the cheese in crota before they patched it lol.

I actually really like the look of iron banner gear, better than raid. I just play way more pve. I wish I could still get IB gear, maybe trade in fully upgraded raid gear for a piece I want.

As someone pointed out the IB is actually better as the crota gear is made for the raid. Next dlc all the gear perks will be useless. IB gear is good everywhere.

Honestly ever since TDB it's super easy to level up. The grind to 30 was incredible.

It's harder in the iron banner , anybody can shoot Crota with a ghorn . Iron banner is a 32 that u earn by yourself
