is there a point to this iron banner?
Will we see new gear or is going to be a rehash of all the gear we have been able to get multiple times? Personally I would like to see the helm. How about a higher impact auto rifle? A new shader even. Something to make it more worth while. Unless something new comes with this iron banner I doubt I will play it much, mostly to just play with my friends.
What are your alls thought on this?
I think it would be cool if they brought a different auto rifle like a recolored shadow price.

I picked up the stock version of Silimar's Wrath the last time it was sold. Interesting, somewhat confused gun. I like to use it in PvE where you can just bead on slow moving crit spots. I might try for another one to mess around with the perks some more. That is, if I have the time. Chest and Hammer, yep. But, for the record, shame on you Bungie for not having a pulse rifle for sale. I don't care if it is garbage, we've gotten the scout rifle and AR twice now.

Not for me. Would Love a chestplate cause of the looks and i know Form a earlier banner jolders is a beast, but I allready have maxed 32 gear and any kind of weapon I need maxed too. Wouldn't really use it till HoW and then it would slowly become obsolete.

6 RepliesI am going to use it to re-roll my felwinters lie because I had no motes last time. Besides that, no. The AR is awful and Jolder's Hammer is only good if you play PVP outside of Iron banner. It's terrible in PVE.

Jolder's Hammer, if you don't already have one. And then there's always the option of rerolling past gear, if you're unsatisfied with it. The armor is [i]alright[/i] this time around (by now most people should have all armor required to be level 32, at this point getting the armor would just be for different loadout options), but I agree, having the helmet show up would've been pretty neat. I'm only in it for Jolder's Hammer this time around, and if I'm lucky, Felwinter's Lie. I didn't buy it last time because I wanted the Scout Rifle, and I also chose to get different armor for my Warlock. I wouldn't mind getting another Perun's Fire, though. My maxed Void 300 one was amazing, especially back when I still ran VoG. I guess I wouldn't really [i]need[/i] one now, but it'd be nice to have lol.

I'll be playing for a 331 Jolder's Hammer (or three!) and the chance at a Felwinter's Lie. Not a fan of Crucible but my Zombie Apocalypse will be far less relevant than it is with the next DLC and Jolder's Hammer is the closest alternative.

Max light gear that don't need radiant mats and som of it looks better then raid stuff and guns you can reroll perks on to what you like
