You got yours by "earning it" through gameplay. Others got it by "xurning it" through strange coins which you get from gameplay. No matter how you got a weapon or piece of exotic gear, you earned it.

It's actually a very common gun. Believe it or not, people get it a billion different ways. No gun is 'rare' in this game, no Exotics. Not even Gally. Call me when he sells the Vex, and then you'll have something to complain about.

The basis of rare is not across all players.... Its common that someone wins the lotto but the chance it will be me is rare. At the end of each type just imagine "to me" is at the end. Eg common to me, rare to me exotic to me.
