Enemies have no cooldown times on any abilities, no reload times, and all elemental attacks, with variable ROF, range, little to no damage drop off, and max aim assist as evidence by immediate and precise aim adjustments while you move, they aren't trying to shoot at you, the are locked on. Also, look how much damage ultras like the taken bosses do to you, but the whole taken army couldn't kill a fallen captain and barely managed to kill his 3 low level dreggs, not that they were killing anything back. If damage is static, than all enemies have much more health than guardians, but we seem to do much more damage to them, guardians are like some venomous super cockroach, easy to kill one as long as it doesn't bite you, but keeps coming back.

5 RepliesAetheon: only stick 3/6 of guardians to planet, when sending 6/6 would kill fireteam. Crota: waits until almost dead to be enraged. Skolas: sends in a small force instead of overwhelming guardians. Variks: Doesn't gas prison to guarantee dead prisoners.
