Should hard mode sword bearers receive a reward?

Edit: A few have suggested a special grimoire card or emblem the first time you do it. I agree it shouldn't be an extra RNG reward.
I would apply this to other roles too like relic holder in Templar fight for example. Something like this would encourage people to experiment with different roles and strategies.

No this game is built around the idea of team work. Yeah the sword bearer has a important role but he needs his team to do their job in order for his to be possible
