Let's Help Improve Destiny!!!!!
So I'm sure everyone has seen the video on Shaders for weapons in Destiny, Faction Wars, and the new idea for the Vault.
I personally think these are small implementations that can help to push Destiny forward and keep the cogs on the machine turning! Imagine walking around with your legendary God of War Shader on your Thorn, Suros or Red Death; or separate Shaders for weapons...
I also believe faction wars would be a HUGE additive to Destiny due to the competitive nature of first person shooter games. Imagine getting your friends together and going to play faction wars either for the main factions in the game (The FWC, New Monarchy, Dead Orbit), or the ability to create your own faction with faction Emblems, Shaders, Weapons, and Ships? To put your real identity onto your character! With Faction leaderboards and stats. A simple way for Bungie to make sure it's not abused for just personal shaders and weapons or ships make it so you have to get your Faction level to.
Let's say as an example get your faction to level 5 through team raid finishes and weekly nightfall completions gaining Faction experience which when at level 5 you unlock the ability to generate your own Faction shader and then maybe level 70 of your Faction you have the ability to create your own weapon or ship! This would make Destiny exceptional in my eyes! To make sure that personally made weapons aren't abused and over powered start them as a common weapon with the same evolution as Nechrocasim with intense challenges to upgrade it from Rare to Legendary and then near impossible tasks to turn your weapon from Legendary to Exotic (Just a thought).
Another thought I've had for Destiny is that Xur should sell exotic bounties rather than weapons and armour and you should have to do bounties to unlock every exotic weapon but there is still like a 1% chance of an actual exotic weapon dropping during random Destiny activities and instead of the weapon dropping as commonly as they do, an exotic bounty drops. I believe this would make for longer playing time in Destiny for Bungie and more fun and excitement of getting an exotic weapon for the community.

I also want to add that you can get shader engrams from nightfalls and weeklies, also random chance, and the have their rarities, rare, legendary, and exotic, yes, exotic. I would like to see some exotic shaders in comet, plague of darkness. Now these shader engrams have the same rarity output as other engrams, as in purple engram's have a chance to drop an exotic shader or could just drop legendary.

1 ReplyI would like to see the ability to get other shaders from any other rewarding cp in raids. Ex. You could get god of war in the abyss, bridge, ir yut, and crota. Goes same for vog oracles, Templar, gatekeeper, and atheon. You could also be able to get these types of shaders in the chests all around the raids, but of course they must be rarer

1 ReplyGood start. Your thoughts on custom guns i think best thing would be re rolling for perks Ive often talked about an open world pvp turn it on or off but being an option would be cool. Bringing the clans into the game other than a name would be neat Its too late if you ask me to change what xur does unless he died maybe lol Dont worry im working today too. I work on the railroad 24/7 job gotta pay them bills!

Bungie is basically committing suicide. We need to come back as players of the game instead of separated based on class and change the game.
