32s...Do you Run crota once on hard? or do you do normal first?
Im still very confused about the loot tables. I just completed normal with my hunter and got the gear i needed for 32.
With my warlocks who are 32, do you suggest hard mode only or both?

So what do you suggest for my 32s? i dont need any more crota weapons except for oversoul. Like i said im playing for shards/energy and exotics at this point.

7 RepliesIf you run it on hard first you get the hard mode loot drop + the normal mode loot drop. But if you run normal mode after that you won't get anything. I still think you can get the treasure chests but I'm not sure on that.

Normal gives you the secondary and heavy weapons and armor. Hard gives you armor and primary weapons and double drops unless you ran normal first. So even if you run normal first you can still recieve one drop off hard

I do 3 normals followed by 3 hard crota's every week. Just because it's fun and I like raiding, I also want a 3rd black hammer tho

I will be swapping my routine to solo up to deathsinger solo. Then join a team for crota on hard later in the week. It's less annoying to collect the materials for the guns solo.

If I didn't need the hunger of crota I would just run hard on all 3. But I've been running normal first the past cpl weeks trying to get HoC
