So I downloaded Dragon Age: Inquisition yesterday (I meant getting it on disc, but I live far away from any store that sells games so unfortunately I "had to" download it 😢 )
Anyways, buy this game. I've played around 2h or so. And so far I've been though almost more content than Destiny has to offer. If you want RPG, this is the way to go. Bungie promised a lot, and gave us the demo. Destiny is fun and awesome and I will still play (crucible since I already got "everything" in the game anyways).
Take a break from Destiny, play something else with a story and content and don't run around looking like everyone else. You'll thank me later! 😊

9 RepliesHave you played the earlier Dragon Age games? Would this be advisable, story-wise?

1 ReplyEdited by LAWLr: 2/28/2015 12:01:29 PMim really surprised you guys like that game. i loved da:o but da:i isnt near as good. it is just a dumbed down, less immersing game with a weak story and weak party members. but i also felt this way about skyrim. morrowind was great, but skyrim was just a dumbed down game with a weaker story. companies are abusing titles to make profit from there great works. also...FRACK EA. i shouldnt have supported them. edit: im just tired of dumbed down remakes

The in-game FPS mechanics of destiny are why I like it. Dragon age has a much better story, but you basically just hold the right trigger as it auto aims literally everything

Really enjoying evolve right now.

Edited by TheGoatofDover: 2/28/2015 11:28:51 AMNot to flame destiny but I must agree DAI is awesome I'm forty hours in with no end in quests or story in sight. I also really like most the characters and the party conversations. My favorite so far is iron bull asking if Cassandra was as arroused as he was after the last battle. Epic.

Look up how to get infinite ability points if you want to cheese the game. Pro cheeser tip.

3 RepliesI'm gonna get my wife to go pick me up two copies today. Getting bored with Destiny and house of wolves is so far off. We need more adventure

27 RepliesYeah, it's a great game. My first playthrough took 56 hours, and I loved most of it.

Somehow I played the game(DA:I) for over two hundred hours, yet hadn't grinded out for every item. Which really isn't surprising when I spent over a hundred of those just wandering around loving the atmosphere, then another few dozen trying to 100% the Sera romance line. That damn pet name sequence eluded me for so god damn long.

2 RepliesI just platinumed DAI today. Felt good, felt real good. lol. Seriously though, playing Dragon Age makes it impossible to go back to Destiny. Especially if you're a long time Dragon Age fan
