I love em. I use them all the time in PVE.

Super useful for the crota raid, especially as the swordbearer at the end when running to retrieve the sword from the middle area. Great for lamps part too obviously.

They are the gauntlets that my hunter uses and they have saved my life on more than one occasion. My friend, on summoning pits, revived me into a group of thrall and survived because I instantly went invisible and escaped.

Yeah these are my main exotic piece. Really useful in the first part of Crota's End, and in general just handy to have in strikes and nightfall etc... Saved my butt a few times :) Though I have three other exotics I need to level up: Arachnid, Knucklhead and Raspberry!

I think they made these bitches specifically for that CP. I find they are also excellent building the bridge solo. Preferably youve got all those thrall off you, but if you dont....

Sit on rock... See who replied to lfg... Friends enter fire team. Randoms enter fire team. Complete first part of CE. Bridge... Kill sword bearer run to other side and hide. Ppl on other side wipe. Warlock ress. Snipe all the stuff. Team wipe. Team shoots the black orb thing..z hunter runs through and jumps In the chest room. Two ppl right. Four left... Kill the wizard, rocket the black orbs. All run left Snipe/rocket the singing thing. Kill all the adds. Start crystal, kill mobs, run to center ledge kill bearer hunter gets chalice, sword bearer takes chalice runs sword and calls rockets crota hits the floor... Repeater x4 If ogres come out kill them and start over. Takes about 30 min ish. With cheese.

So glad I get to keep them on now that I got raid helmet for my hunter, great for first part of crotas raid even the last part cuz if your going by getting the sword and happen to be hit by a random thrall you go invisible which is what you wanna be when your inches away from crota

I have them equipped right now.

I use these unless I absolutely need to have 4 GG's (Using the Symbiote Helmet) or if I need to be a Medic Orb Creatin' Machine, I'll switch to the Lupi Chest...so essentially, 90% of the time, I'll use these... :-)

I have many hunter exotics and these are pretty good .. Even for PvP because when there is a lot of chaos and a titan or someone comes in and just starts punching they will lose site of you which is a perfect time for a blink strike😏😏
